  • 250 g pitted dates 
  • 60 g gluten-free oat flakes 
  • 45 g coconut flakes 
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds 
  • ? tsp vanilla (optional) 
  • food processor 

How to make coconut balls??

Place all ingredients in a food processor and process until a smooth, sticky mass is achieved. Then shape the resulting mixture between your hands into balls of the desired size. Enjoy immediately or let them stand in the fridge for a while and harden before eating. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
