Refreshing lemonade

Classic lemonade in a healthy version

What would summer be without a refreshing lemonade? This healthy version of the classic soft drink tastes just like real lemonade, except that there is not an ounce of the classic white sugar in it! Also, no additives added – only genuine lemons! In addition to good taste, this refreshing drink offers your body a good boost, bursting with vitamin C, minerals and useful antioxidants. Definitely try it and your body will thank you! 

Quantity: for four lemonade lovers
Preparation time: 20 minutes
Difficulty level: easy
You will need:?

  • 250 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 5 lemons) 
  • 1 liter of water (regular or carbonated) 
  • 115 g raw honey 
  • ice and lemon slices (for serving, optional) 
  • blender 

How to make lemonade??

Squeeze the juice from the lemons and pour it into a blender with honey. Whiz until smooth and pour through a strainer into a larger jug or bottle. Then add water, mix and enjoy! If desired, add ice cubes and fresh lemon slices when serving. 

PS. If there is no blender available, you can also mix lemon juice and honey by hand.?
