Personal data processing policy e. The Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data and the use of cookies on the website of Teletalu OÜ (hereinafter Elusvali.ee).

DEFINITIONS

A third party is a contractual partner of Elusvali.ee who processes personal data and through whose product or service Elusvali.ee provides services to the user.

Elusvali.ee uses third parties for its day-to-day operations who provide:

  • Teletalu OÜ is the controller of the personal data, and the processor of the personal data necessary for the execution of payments by Teletalu OÜ to Maksekeskus AS.

In addition to the third parties mentioned in the previous point, Elusvali.ee forwards the user’s personal data to a cooperation partner. This is only to the extent necessary for the provision of the service to the user.

STORAGE AND SECURITY OF PERSONAL DATA

Elusvali.ee will retain personal data for as long as it is necessary for the purpose for which it is collected or required by law. For example, accounting information is kept for 7 years from the end of the financial year, while an email address on a mailing list is kept until the user requests to remove it.

Elusvali.ee takes all reasonable steps to protect the personal data processed. Access to modify and process personal data is restricted to authorised persons and all users’ personal data is treated as confidential information.
