The flyers that come with the order and explain how to do what are very cool. I already have them in my head, but when I go out, I usually always give either a bottle of freshly made celery juice or a freshly made heavy metal smoothie. Last time it was really nice to pass on this nice flyer with the smoothie and the recipe.
