Potato wafers


1 ingredient for a brilliantly simple and healthy meal

Sometimes you feel like you want something special, but you don’t have the time or energy to cook too much. Potato waxes come to the rescue in these situations! This simple food is healthy, nutritious and makes you feel good. Waffles are especially quick to make when the potatoes have already been steamed.

Quantity: 3 waffles
Preparation time: around 35 minutes (if you use pre-steamed potatoes).
Severity: light
To prepare you need:

  • 500 g steamed potatoes
  • maple syrup or other flavourings
  • waffle makers

How to make potato wafers?

Put the food processor in the warmer. Mash the steamed potatoes with a pestle and mortar into a smooth paste, and place the batter on the hot waffle irons so that the irons are evenly coated. Turn off the machine and leave to cook for 12-15 minutes. If the waffles stick to the iron when you open them, they still need to cook.
