Refreshing and tasty mango salad

To prepare you need:
- 300 g ripe and juicy mango cubes (fresh or frozen and thawed)
- 200 g cherry tomatoes
- 150 g salad mix, romaine lettuce or spinach, to taste
- 100 g fresh cauliflower florets
- 1 small red onion
- 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- ½ teaspoon mustard powder (optional)
How to prepare a mango salad?
First, chop the mango cubes with the fresh vegetables in a large bowl and mix. Then, in a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, maple syrup and mustard powder (if using). Pour the dressing over the salad, mix again and enjoy!
