To prepare you need:
- 500 g fresh or frozen wild blueberries
- 240 ml maple syrups
- 1/2 tbsp maranta root flour (aka arrowroot)
- 1/2 tbsp water
- medium stockpot
- a tiny bowl
How to make blueberry soup?
Heat the wild blueberries and maple syrup for 6-8 minutes, until the blueberries are soft and warm.
Meanwhile, in a small bowl, mix together the maranta root flour and water. Add the starch mixture to the blueberries and cook over a low heat for 2 minutes until the soup thickens.
Remove the pot from the heat and let the soup cool for 3-5 minutes. Serve! Fresh wild blueberries can be placed on top as decoration. Enjoy your treats!
