Refreshing lemon-strawberry iced tea

Iced tea with lemon-vacarika

A refreshing raspberry iced tea that is just the right amount of tart, sweet enough, pleasantly berry and with a slightly citrusy taste. Without added sugar, of course! The sweetness is still added by the healthy maple syrup and, of course, the power of plants. All good together! Try it yourself and surprise your friends!

Quantity: four to six
Preparation time: 15 minutes + cooling time
Severity: light
It will take:

  • 150-200g raspberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 170g maple syrup
  • 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 4 tea packets of herbal te as of your choice (such as melissa and lemongrass)
  • ice cubes (for serving)
  • fresh herbs (to serve)
  • 4 cups of water (about 1 litre)
  • a medium-sized pot or saucepan

How to make iced teas?

Place the raspberries in a saucepan or saucepan with the maple syrup and lemon juice and heat over a low heat for about 5 minutes, until the raspberries turn to jam. Then add the water and bring to the boil. Add the tea packets, cover the pot with a lid and turn off the heat. Let steep under the lid for 10 minutes, then strain through a sieve into a bowl and allow to cool completely. Serve with ice cubes and lemon slices.

And a nice raspberry iced tea is waiting to be served. Enjoy!
