How to make apple pancakes?

Mix all the ingredients into a smooth dough using a blender or mixer. You can also do this manually if you wish. In this case, first mash the bananas with a fork and then mix with the rest of the ingredients. When the dough is ready, heat the pan and start baking. If necessary, lightly coat the bottom of the pan with oil to prevent the pancakes from sticking to the pan. Cook the pancakes on low heat under the lid for 3-4 minutes on each side. To serve, chop one of the apples into small cubes, mix with maple syrup and place on the pancakes to decorate.
