Roasted cauliflower sticks

Cauliflower is a great choice if you want to enrich your diet with vegetables. Preparation time: 30 minutes
It will take:

  • 1 large cauliflower
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil
  • 1/4 – 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
  • 1 teaspoon of ground spices
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • salt
  • pipar
  • fresh basil, parsley, thyme (optional), if desired.

How to make cauliflower sticks?

Wash the cauliflower and remove the leaves. Then cut the cauliflower into 3 thick slices and place them on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Mix together the olive oil with the seasoning and finely chopped garlic. Cover the cauliflower sticks with the seasoning mixture and bake in the oven at 200 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Serve with finely chopped fresh herbs if desired. Enjoy!
