Healthy three berry smoothie

Healthy berry jam with natural vanilla sauce

Quantity: for two smoothie lovers
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Severity: light
To prepare you need:

  • ½ cup (approx 100g) frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup (about 100g) frozen raspberries
  • ½ cup (approx 100g) frozen strawberries
  • 250-300 ml unsweetened almond milk, water or freshly squeezed orange juice
  • 3 large ripe bananas
  • 1-2 tsp natural vanilla powder to taste
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • blenderite

How to make a three-berry smoothie?

Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend until a silky texture is achieved.
