Sugar-free blueberry jam

The wild blueberry lemonade recipe we’re about to share with you is bursting with health, playing tricks on your taste buds and your body. Wild blueberries combined with maple syrup and freshly squeezed lemon juice make a truly powerful combo that provides your body with super-rich antioxidants and, thanks to the blueberries, also helps to flush toxins from the body. Isn’t it wonderful? Besides, it’s so easy to make, you just have to try it! Blueberry lemonade can be enjoyed by young and old alike, or even at a party.

Quantity: for three to four
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Severity: light

It will take:

  • 200g wild blueberries (fresh or frozen) + more to serve
  • freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 3 medium lemons each)
  • 750ml water
  • 75g Maple syrups or liquid honey
  • ice cubes (to serve, optional)
  • 4-5 lemon slices (to serve)
  • blenderite
  • fine mesh sieve

How to make blueberry lemonade?

Place the blueberries in a blender with the water, maple syrup and freshly squeezed lemon juice and blend until smooth. Then strain the mixture through a sieve and pour into glasses. Add ice cubes, blueberries and garnish with a slice of lemon. Enjoy immediately or store in a sealed container in the fridge for 2-3 days.
