Recommended daily dose:	Adults: Take 2.5 ml (½ teaspoon) once daily, mixed with a glass of water or juice. There are 96 doses per bottle. Children under 12 years old: take half the adult dosage, 1.25 ml (¼ teaspoon), once daily, mixed with a glass of water or juice. Take more as needed, as recommended by your healthcare provider.
