How to use Vimergy B12?

Administration: 1 ml (1 pipette) 1-2 times a day. Hold under tongue for 20 seconds. 30/115 doses per bottle. One pipette contains about 24-26 drops. Can also be dissolved in water or juice. For example, a good time to take it is in the morning, just after waking up.
Storage: Keep in a cool, dark place. For example, in a locked kitchen cupboard out of reach of children. For long-term storage, keep dietary supplements in the refrigerator door compartment.
