MM peach cocktail
If you haven’t made an “ice cream cocktail” from frozen peaches before, you’re missing out on something really good! Frozen sweet peaches combine with ripe bananas to create an unreal delicious combo that’s a match for the classic ice cream cocktail. Really too! It’s so silky, mouth-watering and delicious that the first time won’t be the last. ;) See for yourself! The recipe is in front of you:
Servings: for two
Preparation time: 10 minutes
Difficulty: Easy
You will need:
- 2 cups (300 g) peaches or nectarines (fresh or frozen, chopped).
- 2 frozen bananas (300 g)
- 1.5-2 cups (360-480 ml) of a liquid of your choice(coconut water, plain water, gluten-free oat drink or unsweetened almond drink).
- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon non-alcoholic vanilla extract or vanilla powder (optional)
- 1-2 tablespoons raw honey or maple syrup (optional, optional)
- ½ cup ice cubes (4-6 pieces, optional)
How to make an “ice cream” cocktail?
Place the chopped peaches or nectarines, frozen bananas and liquid of your choice in a blender. Be more sparing with the liquid at first and gradually add more to reach the desired consistency.
Then add the cinnamon, vanilla and maple syrup or honey (if using) and ice cubes for a particularly cold and creamy result.
Blend on high speed until the mixture has a smooth silky texture.
Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Enjoy!
Important to know: For the most refreshing option, use coconut water or plain water.
However, for a creamier and richer result, almond milk, gluten-free oat drink or coconut milk work well.
