How to cook a portobello burger?

Start by making burger patties. To do this, drain and rinse the black beans (if you’re using canned beans) in a colander under running water and place them in a food processor. Sprinkle in the oat flour, add the onion, garlic, tomato puree and seasoning. Press into a smooth, thick paste and form into burger patties. Place the patties on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake the burgers in the oven at 180 degrees for 25-30 minutes.

While the steaks are cooking, prepare the portobellos. To do this, remove the leg from the mushrooms and rinse them thoroughly under running water. Then place the mushrooms on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes.

When the mushrooms are ready, spread a layer of homemade ketchup on the portobello, place a tomato slice, bean sprouts, onion and frillis on top of the ketchup layer. Place another portobello on top. Continue with the rest of the ingredients and enjoy!
