Organic Ceylon cinnamon, also known as Ceylon cinnamon in Estonian, is the so-called real cinnamon.
Most of the cinnamon on the market is made from other cinnamon tree varieties, but Ceylon cinnamon is made using only the thin bark inside the tree, which gives it a lighter brown colour, a finer texture, a better aromatic flavour and a milder taste than cheaper alternatives.
Cinnamon is also considered to have many health benefits, for example, its high levels of antioxidants exceed even those of fruits and vegetables. In addition, cinnamon is a good source of vitamins (vitamins A and B) and minerals (iron, zinc, calcium).
Mild, aromatic and pleasantly healing, Ceylon cinnamon is perfect for desserts and a variety of baked goods, and why not also for warm winter drinks.
Comfortably in a large jar
It is a convenient and handy jar. The jar is larger than classic condiment packets, so that the contents last long enough, but at the same time shallow enough to fit neatly on most condiment shelves and cupboards. Height of the jar 15cm, bottom diameter 6,5cm.
