Liver Rescue Salad
The Liver Rescue Salad is light, fresh and nutrient-dense, suitable as a stand-alone meal or as a side dish, for example with steamed vegetables. The main ingredients are spinach and asparagus. Spinach is rich in vitamins and minerals that are easily absorbed by the liver. Asparagus, on the other hand, soothes overworked livers, supports bile secretion and strengthens liver immunity. An apple adds sweetness to the salad, while a juicy carrot enriches the mix with a crunchy texture. The “cherry on the cake” is the refreshing orange “vinaigrette”, which makes the salad particularly enjoyable. Whether you’re undergoing a liver cleanse, planning a cleanse, or just want to add more freshness to your menu, this salad is worth a try!
