The mild Atlantic Dulse seaweed(Palmaria palmata, Irish Dillisk, Kämmalpalmaaria) is native to Ireland. It is a family-run business, where seafood has been harvested and dried for four generations.
Dulse flakes have been finely ground to make them more comfortable to use in smoothies, salads and a variety of dishes!
Dulse is added to smoothies primarily for its beneficial properties, which you can read about in the product description below. Dulse also adds an interesting salty flavor to a variety of dishes. There are those who have found the dulse to be an excellent salt substitute.
All Wild Irish Seaweed products are organic and undergo regular laboratory testing to determine the presence and concentration of heavy metals and other undesirable elements.
