Healing thyme tea

If you constantly have to attend crowded places and you feel that you would like additional protection against various circulating virus strains, thyme tea could be your daily helper. It is a strong anti-viral tea that helps, among other things, in the treatment of chronic diseases, the root causes of which are viruses such as EBV, shingles, herpes viruses, etc. Thyme, one of the foods richest in antioxidants, also helps during colds and infections and is good for those whose days are full of stress.

Preparation guide: Put some thyme stalks in a cup and pour hot water over them. Let it steep for at least 15 minutes. If desired, add raw honey and/or lemon juice for additionally enhancing the healing properties of thyme! Make thyme tea your daily helper to add confidence and peace to your days.

Tip: Allow the boiled water to cool slightly before pouring over the thyme stems. This way, thyme has even more benefits.
