Perfectly balanced nori roll

Here is a simple but perfectly balanced meal for your body that you can prepare in one minute: nori roll with banana, honey, garlic and lemon juice.

Why these components? They are the key and you need them all! Everyone has an important role to play. Let’s take a closer look at what each component gives your body:

  • Nori leaf (algae) provides iodine to the body
  • Banana contains glucose, vitamins C and minerals
  • Honey contains glucose and microminerals and strengthens white blood cells that fight viruses
  • Garlic is a powerful anti-viral and anti-bacterial immunity-boosting superfood,
  • The mineral-rich living water contained in lemon juice takes all of the above to the next level.

All these components together create an immunity-boosting super combination. And by the way – it may sound unbelievable, but it tastes better than you might think!

Preparation guide: put a nori leaf on a cutting board, place one banana on it, as much minced garlic as you can consume (for instance, one to two cloves) and trickle honey and lemon juice over everything. Roll everything up and enjoy a good meal!

Tip: start with a smaller amount of garlic and gradually get used to larger amounts. At one point, you may find that you eat two or three garlic cloves at once, for which your body will thank you very much.
