You will need:
- 1 juicy orange
- ? sweet apple
- a 2 cm piece of fresh ginger
- 1 medium-sized carrot, peeled and chopped
- li>250ml cold water
How to prepare?
Wash and peel the fruits and cut it into smaller pieces. Then put all the ingredients in a blender and whiz into a smooth silky smoothie and enjoy! PS! If your blender is not very powerful, you can also add the ingredients to the blender one by one, starting with the carrot.
