A warming and zippy orange-ginger smoothie for immunity

When the cold weather arrives, our immunity also needs an extra boost, and what could be better than supporting the body with a really tasty drink that is full of healing fruits. Zippy ginger, deliciously juicy orange, vitamin-rich carrot and sweet apple together form a truly tasty combination that will surprise your taste buds and provide additional protection for your immune system.

Simple, fast, tasty and useful – just whiz and enjoy! This colourful smoothie is suitable for both young and old smoothie lovers. 

Quantity: for one to two (you can also multiply the quantities if you wish) 
Preparation time: 10 minutes 
Difficulty level: easy 
You will need: 

  • 1 juicy orange 
  • ? sweet apple 
  • a 2 cm piece of fresh ginger 
  • 1 medium-sized carrot, peeled and chopped 
  • li>250ml cold water 

How to prepare? 

Wash and peel the fruits and cut it into smaller pieces. Then put all the ingredients in a blender and whiz into a smooth silky smoothie and enjoy!  PS! If your blender is not very powerful, you can also add the ingredients to the blender one by one, starting with the carrot.
