Blueberry “yogurt”

blueberry yogurt

Singular blueberry yogurt

What comes to mind when you first hear the word “yogurt”? We often tend to associate yogurt with a classic product made from cow’s milk. Well, but yogurt can also be fully plant-based! This recipe proves just that. It is a fully plant-based blueberry “yogurt” in which bananas, blueberries, lemon juice and cinnamon get together. It is a “yogurt” that is easily digestible, dairy-free and boosting your health. Of course, it is different from classic yogurt, but its texture is pleasantly creamy and its taste is quite sweet.
