Creamy and refreshing wild blueberry chia pudding
Filled with the healing power of wild blueberries, chia pudding can be enjoyed as a snack, dessert or light meal. Banana and dates add sweetness to this berry pudding, while chia seeds and mild almond milk add creaminess. If you have a sweet tooth, you should definitely give the pudding a chance!

You will need:
- 50 g chia seeds
- 360 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2 large soft dates (or 4 smaller ones)
- ? large ripe banana (or 1 smaller )
- 160 g fresh or frozen-thawed wild blueberries
How to make chia pudding??
Pour the blueberries with the banana, dates and almond milk into a blender and whiz until smooth. Then pour the resulting mixture into a bowl and add chia seeds. Mix thoroughly and place the pudding mixture in the fridge for 4 hours or overnight to swell. Serve with whatever you like.
