But how to use garlic?

In addition to its powerful healing properties, garlic is also an unparalleled herb, giving food a wonderful taste sensation. For medicinal purposes, however, it is best to consume garlic raw – this way, nothing beneficial is lost. Chop fresh garlic into a salad, crush it into guacamole or squeeze it into a refreshing juice. But if you’re not a big garlic fan, try serving garlic in potato and tomato dishes or with avocado, for example, so the dominant garlic flavour is overshadowed by the other flavours, but the beneficial properties still reach you!

Here are a few more suggestions on how to conveniently add raw garlic to your daily menu:

  • Add crushed garlic to fresh salads or vegetable dishes. Use a fine grater or garlic press to crush garlic;
  • Blend raw garlic into salad dressings. This way you get a deliciously flavourful side dish without the burning garlic;
  • Add to cucumber or zucchini noodles;
  • Blend the Medicinal Medium into the spinach soup;
  • Eat crushed with raw vegetables;

  • a raw ginger root about 2 cm long
  • a raw turmeric root about 2 cm long
  • 2 medium oranges
  • 4 raw garlic cloves

Do this: Using a juicer, juice each ingredient separately, then mix together 1 teaspoon turmeric juice, 1 teaspoon ginger juice, ¼ teaspoon raw garlic juice and ¼ cup orange juice. Drink immediately.

But what to do if you have a strong aversion to fresh garlic?

Raw garlic can be quite sharp. Especially if you’re not used to the smell and taste. It is therefore worth taking a rather cautious approach at the beginning. If fresh garlic initially seems a bit too stodgy for you, start small and gradually work your way up to larger quantities. This way, you practice your body one step at a time, and one day you won’t even notice that you’re carefully applying several fingernails to your skin! However, if the taste of garlic doesn’t seem to appeal at all right away, unscented garlic capsules, for example, are a great alternative. This way, you can benefit from garlic’s powerful healing properties even if raw garlic is not the right choice for you.
