Quantity: approximately 250 g muesli
Preparation time: 25 minutes
Difficulty level: easy
You will need:?
- 120 g gluten-free oat flakes
- 1 handful of cashews
- 1 handful of hazelnuts
- 1 handful of sunflower seeds
- 6-7 medium-sized dates (most fresh or soft dates are better)
- 2 handfuls of raisins (optional)
- 120 ml water
- 1-2 tsp cinnamon
- a pinch of sea salt?
How to make gluten-free muesli??
Pour the dates with water into a blender and process until smooth. Set the mixture aside for a moment. Then chop the seeds-nuts somewhat smaller and place them in a bowl, stir in the gluten-free oat flakes and pour in the date-water mixture, sea salt and cinnamon. Mix thoroughly, then place the mixture on a baking tray lined with baking paper and spread it evenly with a spoon. Bake the muesli mixture at 150 degrees for 20 minutes.
When ready, let it cool a little and break the ready muesli into smaller pieces between your fingers. If you wish, mix in raisins and enjoy with what you like. Store muesli in an airtight container.
