Liver smoothie

There are two variations to choose from: a berry smoothie with wild blueberries and red dragon fruit, and a fruitier version with a hint of green in the form of celery and sprouts. If you’re looking for a pick-me-up, it’s definitely worth a try! All you need are the ingredients and a blender – pop all the ingredients into a blender and blend until smooth. In just minutes you’ll have a health-boosting glass of delicious smoothie!

You will need:
Variant 1:
- 2 medium bananas or ½ papaya, diced
- ½ cup red dragon fruit (or 2 tbsp freeze-dried red dragon fruit powder)
- 2 cups fresh or frozen wild blueberries (or 2 tbsp freeze-dried wild blueberry powder).
- ½ cup water (optional, if desired)
Variant 2:
- 1 medium banana or ¼ papaya (cut into cubes)
- 1 medium-sized mango
- ½ cup red dragon fruit (or 2 tbsp freeze-dried red dragon fruit powder)
- 1 celery
- ½ cup sprouts of your choice
- ½ lime juice
- ½ cup water (optional, if desired)
How to make a liver smoothie?
Place all the ingredients in a blender and blend to a smooth smoothie with a silky texture.
