Grilled Zucchini Slices with Herbs

And if you’re not a fan of grilling, you can confidently pop the zucchini slices into the oven.

For preparation, you will need:
- 2 small zucchinis (about 500 g)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (optional)
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
How to prepare grilled zucchini:
First, heat the grill. Then, prepare the zucchini. Wash and slice the zucchini into 0.5-1 cm thick slices, brush them with olive oil, and season with herbs and salt. Place the seasoned slices on the hot grill and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve with your choice of side. P.S. If you want to bring the zucchini slices to a grilling party, you can prepare them at home and pack them in a container. To do this, mix the seasonings with olive oil in a bowl, brush the slices with the seasoning mixture, and place them in a lidded container or glass dish to “marinate.” If you prefer to enjoy zucchini without oil, simply skip the oil and massage the zucchini slices with herbs and salt before placing them on the grill.
