Description
GABA is crucial for the proper functioning of the nervous system. It is the main inhibitory neurotransmitter in the human cerebral cortex, helping to suppress excessive brain stimulation. If you take 750-800mg of GABA, it supports mental concentration. Magnesium is needed for DNA and RNA synthesis, cell health and cell energy production. Magnesium plays an important role in the normal functioning of neurological functions and is a necessary cofactor for over 300 enzyme systems.

How to use GABA?
