Celery juice
What do I need to make celery juice?
- a decent bunch of varssellers
- a juicer (preferably a slow juicer that retains all the necessary nutrients, enzymes and vitamins).
How much celery juice should I drink at a time?
- 16 ounces or ~500ml (474ml)
- For more dramatic results, you can increase your intake to 700 ml to 1 litre per day, and even more if you wish.
How to make celery juice?
- Get a bunch of celery
- Cut off the ends
- Wash properly
- Run through a juicer
- Currents
- Done!
It is recommended to drink the juice immediately on an empty stomach. If you’ve eaten beforehand, it’s a good idea to wait at least 2 hours before drinking the juice. After drinking the juice, wait 15-30min before eating new food.
