What do I need to make celery juice?
- 1 large bunch of celery
- A juicer (preferably a slow masticating juicer that retains all the necessary nutrients, enzymes and vitamins, but any juicer will work).
How much celery juice should I drink at a time?
- 16 ounces or ~500ml (474ml)
- For even better results, you can increase your intake to 700-1000 ml per day, and even more if you wish.
How to make celery juice?
- Take the celery bunch.
- Cut off the root end.
- Wash properly.
- Run the stalks through a juicer.
- Strain.
- And you’re done!
It is recommended to drink the celery juice immediately after juicing, on an empty stomach. If you’ve eaten a meal beforehand, it’s a good idea to wait at least 2 hours before drinking the celery juice, or wait 30 to 60 minutes after eating a light snack. After drinking the celery juice, wait 15-30 minutes before eating or drinking anything else.
Happy healing!
