To prepare you need :

  • 1 large cucumber
  • 200 g cherry tomatoes
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1 handful of fresh basil
  • 2 tablespoons red onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 tablespoon freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • a spiral cutter or mandoline cutter
  • 2 medium bowls

How to make cucumber noodles?

Peel the cucumber and make noodles using a spiral slicer or mandoline. Put the cucumber noodles aside. In another bowl, chop the tomatoes, garlic (finely), basil and red onion (finely). Add the red pepper flakes, lemon juice and honey and mix well. Serve and enjoy a real taste sensation!
