How to make crispy cauliflower?
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees and line a baking tray with baking paper. Then add the cauliflower florets to a large bowl with the olive oil, sea salt, curry powder and maple syrup. Mix well and place the seasoned florets on the baking tray. Bake the cauliflower florets in the oven for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cauliflower takes on a golden brown colour. Decorate the roasted cauliflowers with fresh coriander or parsley leaves and serve with a garnish of your choice.
On the barbecue: Alternatively, you can grill the cauliflowers. Alternatively, you can grill the cauliflower on the barbecue at 200-220 degrees for up to 15minutes, or until the outside of the cauliflower is nice and crispy.
