This Canadian maple syrup has a dark and intense color, a dense and full-bodied texture, and a very strong and concentrated flavor with strong caramel and liquorice aftertaste.
Just a small amount is enough to give desserts and drinks the specific taste of maple syrup.

Maple syrup is produced by evaporating water from maple sap. The sap used to make maple syrup primarily comes from three types of maples: the sugar maple, black maple, and red maple. Norway maple, which grows naturally in Estonia, is generally unsuitable for syrup production.
