Green vitamin smoothie
If you’re looking to eat more green, the spring-summer period is the perfect time to do so – everything fresh and healthy is coming into its own! Kale and spinach go well in a smoothie, as do young dandelion leaves that have just popped their heads out. Combined with sweet fruit, green leafy vegetables make a great combination of flavours without the fear of unpleasant ‘grassy’ tastes. Plenty of vitamins are guaranteed!
