Oat porridge with maple syrup and berries

It will take:
- 80g gluten-free oat flakes
- 450ml water or unsweetened almond milk (add a little less at the beginning and more as needed).
- pinch of sea salt
- 1-2spl maple syrups
- a handful of berries of your choice (for example fresh raspberries)
- a small handful of nuts (such as walnuts or pecans)
How to make one delicious oat porridge?
Pour the water or almond milk into a small pot or saucepan and bring to the boil. Then lower the heat slightly and add to the pot. the gluten-free oatmeal. Cook the flakes until the porridge reaches a creamy texture (about 10-15 minutes).
Then turn off the heat, season the porridge with a pinch of sea salt and let it stand under the lid for a few minutes before serving. Serve with porridge maple syrup , berries and nuts.
