A tropically delicious fruit salad – something for all fruit lovers! If you’ve never made a fruit salad before, now’s the time to try this delicacy, because it really is an unrivalled appetizer. A pleasantly sweet and tangy tropical passion combined with refreshing mint and juicy fruit make for a combo that simply cannot be missed. In the same way, this colourful bowl is also perfect to pack for a party or a summer picnic. Here’s the recipe to get you started!

For preparation you need:
- 150 g apples
- 165 g pears
- 175 g strawberries
- 230 g peaches
- 80 g passion fruit flesh + decoration
- 10 g raw honey
- 5 g fresh mint
How to prepare a fruit salad?
Wash, peel and chop the fruit in a bowl. Then, in a smaller bowl, mix together the passionfruit pulp with the finely chopped mint and the raw vegetables. Drizzle the passionfruit sauce over the chopped fruit, mix well and enjoy immediately, or leave in the fridge for a while to season. NB. The salad tastes great the next day!
