How to make portobello steak?
Clean the portobello mushrooms and remove the legs. In a bowl, mix together the coconut-amino sauce, olive oil, chopped garlic, rosemary and thyme and coat both sides of the mushrooms with the marinade. Leave to season for at least 15-20 minutes.
Then place the seasoned mushrooms on a baking tray covered with baking paper and bake at 180-200 °C for a total of 10 minutes. Then turn the mushrooms around on the baking tray and leave to cook for another 10-15 minutes.
