In the classic version…
coleslaw salad is all about crunchy mayonnaise dressing, this mango enriched version has not a gram of added fat, but is packed with vitamins and tastes really rich! Crunchy cabbage, sweet carrots and juicy mango go together beautifully, creating a delightfully spring-scented combination that can be enjoyed as a refreshing addition to dinner or on its own. Preparation is as quick and easy as always!

For preparation you will need:

  • 300g ripe mango, cut into strips
  • 340g finely chopped red cabbage
  • 130g grated carrots
  • 10g fresh coriander
  • about 3 tablespoons freshly squeezed lime juice
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • salt and ground black pepper to taste

How to prepare coleslaw salad?

Wash, peel and chop the mango, cabbage and carrot in a bowl. Add finely chopped fresh coriander, lime juice, maple syrup and salt and pepper. Mix all the ingredients thoroughly and enjoy!
