Semi-soft oatcakes with 3 ingredients
Deliciously sweet rolls to pack for summer outings or to grab for breakfast. Naturally sweet, with no added sugar or other unnecessary sweeteners. The oatcakes are sweetened with ripe banana and sweet raisins. The oats themselves give the rolls a firm texture, plenty of fibre and a good dose of vegetable protein. What’s even better is that these delicious biscuits are really quick to make – just a couple of dozen minutes and a plateful of delicious oat crisps is ready! We believe that these delicious and healthy banana-oat cookies will win the hearts of sweet lovers both young and old!

To prepare you need:
- 160 g gluten-free oat flakes
- 225 g bananas (approx. 2 medium sized)
- 50 g raisins (a large handful of raisins)
- pinch of salt (to taste, optional)
- cinnamon (to taste, optional)
How to make oatcakes?
In a bowl, mash the banana with a fork or a hand mixer and mix in the oatmeal and raisins. If desired, season with a pinch of sea salt and some cinnamon. Shape the mixture into biscuits of your preferred size and place on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake the oat biscuits in the oven at 180°C for 15 minutes until golden brown.
