How to make apple crumble?
First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees. Then chop the apples in a large bowl and add the coconut sugar, starch, lemon juice and cinnamon. Mix well until all the ingredients are well combined. Pour the apple mixture into a suitable baking dish (for example, a 15×23 cm or 20×20 cm baking dish is fine). For the topping, mix together the ingredients for the crumble. Start with the dry ingredients. In a bowl, first mix the starch, sugar and oat flour. Then add the coconut oil and mash with your fingers until the mixture takes the form of a slightly crumbly crumb. If the mixture feels too dry, add a little more coconut oil. Once the crumble is ready, sprinkle it on top of the apple mixture waiting in the oven and place the crisp in the oven to bake for 30 minutes, until golden brown on top. Enjoy warm!
