Asian cucumber salad
Did you know you can easily take classic cucumber salad to a whole new level? All you need is a dash of chilli, seaweed flakes, lime juice, coconut sugar and a drizzle of sesame oil. To prepare you need:
- 300 g fresh cucumber
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons dulse flakes
- 1 teaspoon coconut sugar
- ½ teaspoon chilli flakes
- ½ lime juice
- handful of fresh coriander (to serve)
How to prepare a salad?
Wash and slice the cucumber and place in a bowl. Mix in the spices and mix thoroughly. Serve with fresh coriander and enjoy immediately as a stand-alone dish or as a tangy side dish.
